Sales Engineer (Residential)

Main Duties: 
  • Researches and identifies potential customers for Home Automation Systems and Lighting.
  • Understands customers’ requirements and translates them into technical requirements.
  • Performs in-depth and high-level technical presentation for customer, partners and prospects.
  • Conducts necessary research to assess market changes such as competitors’ status, rates changes and relay information to Management for proper decision-making.
  • Arranges for demonstrations or trial installations of systems.
  • Coordinates with the design team to generate proposals and costing sheets.
  • Submits quotations to customers and follows up to obtain approvals and purchase orders.
  • Follows up with the design team and the procurement department to release purchase orders to manufacturers.
  • Follows up deliveries and payments.
  • Follows up with the commissioning team for testing, commissioning and handing over report signed by clients.
  • Follows up with interior designers and villas owners.
  • Communicates with existing customers for maintenance service.
  • Maintains all projects data including shop drawings, material list, purchase orders details, delivery orders, payment details from customers and suppliers.
  • Keeps abreast with updated company policies and procedures related to ISO and internal requirement
