Tendering & Estimation Manager
Industry: Furniture, Fixture & Equipment
Education/Certification: Bachelor of Engineering/Architecture
Experience Location: Kuwait or Gulf Region
Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years in high end Furniture or Fitout projects
Driving License: Preferable (Kuwait)
Starting Date: ASAP
Main Duties:
- Analyses client’s submission requirements and identifies resources needed to ensure accurate pricing.
- Reviews and approves cost estimates of materials developed by the Tendering Officer.
- Manages the pricing/tendering process to ensure that projects are priced efficiently in line with market data and corporate objectives.
- Identifies potential contractual pitfalls and arranges for their mitigation to ensure that Al Dhow contractual position is protected.
- Generates post bid reviews and hand over reports to avoid repeated mistakes.
- Supervises design and technical submission work.
