Located in the heart of Dubai in Old Town, the Burj Khalifa stands 828m tall and is the tallest building in the world, with 167 mixed-use floors comprising hotel, commercial, residential and leisure facilities, all in one unique environment.
The tower was awarded to Dhow Engie Solutions in the year 2009, to commence services as part of the pre-opening and handover from construction to operations. As part of this project, Dhow Engie Solutions supported the client in closing out snags prior to the structuring of the operations and maintenance of the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems in the tower. Our team of around 120 technicians, engineers and managers operated 24/7 to ensure the tower was maintained to world-class standards. In this extremely high-profile environment, Dhow Engie Solutions provided an effective, seamless and unobtrusive daily reactive, corrective and preventive maintenance to the complex facility.
