King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) is a 50km2 energy city megaproject which positions Saudi Arabia as a global energy, industrial and technology hub. It is located between Dammam and Al-Ahsa in the Eastern Province, near Dammam 3 which is being developed by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).
Dhow Engie Solutions was announced as a facilities management agent to deliver world-class services using Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). Dhow Engie Solutions manages future costing and lifecycle of the project, providing real-time information to SPARK concerning assets, work orders, and the performance of sub-contractors.
